By using prefire.prevter.me ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides free, anonymous file hosting. Users may upload files and share direct links. Registration is not required.

3. Upload Policy and Technical Limits

• Files are stored indefinitely, but may be removed without notice to manage disk usage.
• The Service has no strict file size or type restrictions currently, but reserves the right to add limitations to prevent abuse.
• Duplicate files (based on hash) are not re-saved.
• Uploads and downloads are subject to fair-use rate limits to preserve bandwidth. Excessive activity may result in temporary throttling.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload any content that:

• Violates any law (e.g., copyright infringement, child exploitation)
• Contains malware or malicious scripts
• Violates the rights of others

If such content is identified, it will be removed without notice. We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms. We are not responsible for the content you upload and do not monitor it. However, we may take action if we become aware of violations.

5. DMCA Compliance

We comply with the DMCA. If you believe hosted content violates your copyright, please follow the takedown procedure outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Takedown requests may be sent to [email protected]. Verified copyright violations will result in the removal of infringing content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, file integrity, or that content will be preserved.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for data loss, misuse, or any damages arising from the use of the Service. Users assume full responsibility for the files they upload.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled under Ukrainian jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any changes.
